Context
NGT was a Miami-based startup, now operating under AlphaOmega, building Customer Data Platforms for government, sport-club, and hospitality clients. Each CDP relied on the company's in-house AI user-verification model, and my work focused on getting that model wired into the front-end of the AI platform across these different verticals.
Responsibilities
- Integrated the company's AI user-verification model and service into the CDP products across government, sport-club, and hospitality clients.
- Built a full-stack dashboard in Next.js that exposes the verification flow inside each CDP.
- Worked on Microsoft Azure across the company's backend, getting hands-on with the cloud services that powered the platform, such as Azure Functions, App Services, and Cosmos DB.
- Set up and maintained CI/CD pipelines so deploys to staging and production stayed repeatable and low-friction across the team.
What I'm taking forward
First professional engineering role. Owning a piece of a production product across the cloud backend, the Next.js front-end, and the CI/CD pipeline taught me what release discipline looks like when customers depend on it.
